completed several Department, Site, and Enterprise long-term projects,

Enterprise wide upgrade and OS Deployment. Designed, created,
developed and tested a universal desktop hard-drive image, ultimately
deployed to all business sites nation wide. Developed and
implemented multiple deployment methods. Saved time, money, and
effort for desktop support personnel by providing a common standardized

and implemented Hardware standardization policies. Reduced the IT
Department’s Hardware budget by utilizing common hardware and vendors,

applications, hardware and procedures. Eliminated downtime and
risk associated with pushing new applications into Production
environments.
